What is BASA?
BASA is also known as The Yoga of Stillness. The program supports the union of our body with the mind to become ‘whole-body-mindedness’, which helps us return to ourselves and able to deal with work, relationship or life situations with confidence.

How?
BASA presents an effective way to deal with life, mental healthiness, productivity, and energy levels through developing the quality of stillness via gentle body movement. Suitable for all job types, ages, physical conditions, levels, no prior experience is required. Gentle breathing meditation is also part of BASA.

What's Involved?
Each BASA class is 60 minutes and involves undertaking a series of movements in both seated and laying down positions. There are no asanas, stretches, or held poses; this is not a physical exercise form of yoga, but more a practice for rest and restoration.

What's Involved?

A: 1-2-1 Private 6 Week Program
One session per week. Great for targeting an area of wellbeing to bring focus or awareness, for example vitality levels, relationship with yourself and your work/career, or making important decisions or choices from a settled place. Includes meditation, body awareness tips and breathing exercises for stress and tension. Live sessions online.

B: 1-2-1 Private 3 Week Program
Two sessions per week. Same as Option A, just an expedited version, you might experiment with the relationship you have with time, space, cycles of work.

C: 1-2-1 Private Individual Class
Individual taster for general body awareness, or mix and match sessions as part of your specialised CV/career coaching program.

D: Corporate/Entrepreneur Well-being Programs
Useful for 121 personal leadership or development programs, authority and confidence at work, addressing emotions. Use for team building as part of company wellbeing offering, staff morale, engagement or retention. Participants can get back to work or meetings straight after sessions.
